Who we are

La Tazzina (“we”, “us”) is a family-run Italian mobile coffee and focaccia café. We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact us through our contact page.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number (if you give one) and the details of your event that you tell us. We also receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, when you visit this website.

Why we use it

We use it to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to book us, to arrange and provide our service. We do not add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell your information.

Our lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests, which means answering enquiries about our business. Where you ask us for a quote or a booking, we also rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

Our website provider hosts this site and stores the enquiries you send. We do not share your details with anyone else, except where the law requires it. Our website provider may process information outside the UK; where it does, it must protect your information in line with UK data protection law.

The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, we delete it 12 months after we last heard from you. If you book with us, we keep the booking records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it and, in some cases, to receive a copy in a portable form. To make a request, contact us through our contact page. We will not charge you, and we aim to reply within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

You can read how this site uses cookies and similar storage in our cookie policy.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
